Inspirational few months
The past few months have just flown by and I can hardly believe that we are more than half way through 2013. I have been incredibly blessed to have had so many motivational talks at so many amazing businesses around the world. It’s been so inspirational for me to hear how many lives have been touched and changed because of those talks. So to all of you have have been part of this….. thank you and remember that “Impossible is Nothing”. Speaking of which, I promised that I would post this on my website. When I was battling a storm in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean on my rowing boat Nyamezela this is that quote on the ceiling of my cabin from Mohammed Ali I looked at through those days… “Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men, who find it easier to live in a world that has been given to them than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact, it’s an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration, it’s a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is NOTHING!” Love it!
You may be wondering what’s happened to my Facebook page or if you have looked there and not found me. I have given this a lot of thought recently and have decided to close my account with them. There are many reasons, but most importantly it has been a moral decision. There are constantly sexually explicit adverts being placed in the advertising space and every time I delete them and tell FaceBook why they just reappear a few days later. I have had many people try and befriend me and they are clearly FB hackers and “predators”. I have blocked them all and they keep coming. The final straw was my account actually being hacked and very explicit material advertised under my name. It, in my opinion, is really uncool and damaging. No more Facebook for me. I will be blogging more on my website.
