Rev 18 Hydration Pack
I have had the Osprey Rev 18 for almost 8 months now and I have tested it properly. Its time now to tell you about it. This pack has been very versatile for most of the sports that I am involved with from multi day mountain biking, trail running, hiking and general travel. Adventure Inc describes it as ‘a panel loading technical hydration pack ideal for trail running or endurance racing endeavors and is designed specifically for outdoor enthusiasts and athletes who enjoy covering long distances quickly’… and they are correct. When you pick the pack up for the first time you will be amazed at how light it is. Once you put it on it just seems to form part of your body. On the third day of the Tour de Tuli last year I was asked why I carry a pack and if it bothers me. I had to tell them that the pack fits so well that I actually don’t notice it! There are two features I love the most. The cell phone pouch on the shoulder strap and the clip off hydration pipe – see the video clips. So would i recommend this pack…..oh yes! It’s tough, it’s light, it’s super comfortable and as with all the other Osprey packs they are affordable and of excellent quality!
