Standard Bank Accelerate Awards Breakfast
I have recently had a spate of incredible motivational talks at events that have made a huge impact on me and the audience. On 19 June I spoke at the Standard Bank Accelerate Awards Breakfast. It was great to see how passionate the team was about achieving their vision for the business despite the really tough economic environment. Rewarding is such an important part of maintaining morale and team success.
The topic was – ‘Leaving a Legacy’ . We all want to tell a good story one day – we want to leave a legacy behind in our communities and work place. I speak about a process that we can put into place in our lives that will ensure that the story we tell one day will be one of success and significance.
